 Can I commission my OCs?  -
Yes you sure can.

 Why are Cutie Marks not included in base price? -
Because not everyone has a Cutie Mark. For example: Non ponies, Ponies wearing Gala dresses, odd perspectives, young ponies, etc.)

 How long will my commission take? -
This depends on the commission, but commissions comes first before other projects. A vector can take me a few hours. A full scene with background and everything else can take about a week.

 Can I commission something not on this list? -
sure just send me a note and we can talk about it.

 Can I use my commission in other peoples works? -
Of course, just give credit where credit is due and you are free to use it.

 Can I upload my commission to my profile? - 
Please do not re-uploading images/commissions unless we agree upon it.

MY RIGHTS:

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the below unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation.

- I own the artwork and can post it to DA and any other site. 

- You may not resell my artwork, use it for commercially, or for promotion of a commercial project.

- You may not remove my signature from commissions, unless you have paid for a non watermark version.

- You cannot cancel a commission after you have paid me, this is because I often start straight away after receiving payment and to avoid people demanding unreasonable design changes.

- If you are not satisfied with the piece I will not give refunds or redo the piece, however if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed to, and you would like me to add them in, if possible without ruining the piece I will add them in.

- You may not claim my artwork as your own, or trace or heavily reference my work and claim it as your own.

- Should there be any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you either the work that I have done for the price it is posted as with a refund for the remainder of the cost, or a full refund.

- After 5 edits a small fee of $5 will be issued for time that will be used to do said edits.
